Review: Does what is says - Worked perfectly, but is a very wide nib, was going to change the colour of the (too) dark grey grout that I ended up with, fortunately after trying a small section, the boss said she was ok with the darker colour, so the rest is unused, but the product is good. I've used the white restorer in another bathroom and would recommend this stuff.

**Q: The Grout Pen I received has a dry white tip, is it broken or did I receive the wrong colour?**
A: Tips need to be primed before use, all brand-new Grout Pens have a dry white tip until they are activated.

**Q: The tip of my Grout Pen fell out or is worn down, is my pen broken?**
A: Tips are designed to be removable so when a tip becomes worn or damaged it can be taken out and flipped over. If the tip falls out do not worry, simply put it back in and keep working.

**Q: Do I need to press down hard while moving the pen along the grout lines?**
A: Pressing hard will damage the tip. It's better to prime the pen by pressing up and down until the ink flows to the tip. Once the tip is fully saturated, lightly move the pen across the grout line.

**Q: The colour of the pen cap is not exactly the colour I want**
A: The Grout Pen colour chart is a good representation, please keep in mind that computer screens can display slightly different colour spectrums, it is recommended to do a small test area first if you are not sure about the colour.

Worked perfectly, but is a very wide nib, was going to change the colour of the (too) dark grey grout that I ended up with, fortunately after trying a small section, the boss said she was ok with the darker colour, so the rest is unused, but the product is good. I've used the white restorer in another bathroom and would recommend this stuff.
