I wanted to give this a chance before writing a review. I initially bought this is February. It’s now July. I’ve been taking it inconsistently but when I do, there’s a noticeable difference in my mood and energy. I feel a lot better when I do take them.The smell and taste is really bad though. I have to hold my breath and swallow quickly if I want to get it down without gagging. The size of it doesn’t help. The reason I stopped taking it for a while was because the taste was getting to me lol.It digests well. I probably only burp up the taste of it 1-2 times throughout the day if I take it in the morning. No adverse side effects when taken as directed. I’ll finish the bottle but probably won’t buy again because of the taste.
