The Princeton Select Artiste Paintbrush Set (10-5 Brushes) in Blue is an exceptional collection that delivers high-quality performance for artists of all levels. This versatile set is ideal for both beginners and experienced painters, providing a wide range of brush shapes and sizes for every artistic need. One of the standout features of this set is its durability. The synthetic bristles are designed to withstand regular use without shedding or losing their shape. They hold up beautifully, even after several washes, ensuring that the brushes maintain their performance over time. Whether I'm using acrylics, watercolors, or oils, these brushes retain their structure and continue to perform at a high level. The comfort of the brushes is another key highlight. The ergonomic blue handles are well-balanced and easy to grip, which makes painting for extended periods much more comfortable. The handles are lightweight but solid, reducing hand fatigue and offering excellent control for both detailed work and broader strokes. In terms of versatility, this set excels across various painting techniques. The smaller brushes are perfect for intricate details, fine lines, and precision work, while the larger brushes are great for smooth, even coverage and blending. Whether you’re working on small accents or larger projects, this set has the right tools for the job. Overall, the Princeton Select Artiste Paintbrush Set is an excellent choice for artists seeking high-quality, durable brushes that offer both comfort and versatility. Worth the money; Good beginner set
These were recommended by a water color artist I learn from. Good quality. Would totally buy again. I did notice my 6 frayed a bit after a handful of uses, but I just plucked the couple of hairs out and it seems fine now. Definitely a good set for someone just learning water color and wants quality brushes

Great for a beginner
My typical medium is pencils, but recently I've been wanting to get into watercolor and ink. After looking around, I settled on this set (as well as some individual brushes) to start out with. I'm far from a skilled painter, but I use these brushes more than others in my small collection. They hold a good amount of fluid and put the paint down wonderfully. The handle length allows for a lot of flexibility with how you hold the brushes, which is nice to experiment with. The light color of the bristles is really nice when washing them; it's easy to tell if there is still paint or ink in them so I don't accidentally contaminate my ink colors. The different sizes are great for testing out your preferences while also allowing you to do some fiber details and larger washes. I've tried a couple of other, similar brushes from subscription boxes, but I keep coming back to these because of the quality and ease of cleaning. If you're starting out, you'll want to get some other types to supplement these, but they're a solid starting point when learning the basics.

Awesome small brushes for watercolors
Very impressed with these brushes. Best average paintbrushes I’ve purchased for watercolor paintings. Very pleased with smaller sizes and variety. Soft and holding up well. Exceptional value for money. My friend loves the smallest one for tiny miniatures.
