ISTOYO Resin Heating Mat, Resin Molds Fast Curing Pad with Cover Timer

I purchased this about 6 months prior and it started to warp over time (I used it a lot). I reached out to customer service to see if there's something I can do about the warping. They replied immediately and sent me a different heat mat to try. I am in awe of the way they want to make things right. In this day and age, customer service is almost not a thing anymore....well not at Istoyo. They're awesome! I have used several of their other products and have had no problems. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

So far so good! I like it only have used it once. Just be aware wherever you place to heat because the surface under does get hot as well

4.5 stars It's a bit hard to tell how high the heat is since there's no indicator when you're turning the dial. The timer didn't stop/work for me. I put 4 hours and it was still on 6 hours later. A tad concerning but I had the pad on medium (at least I think it was medium since I turned the dial halfway) After turning it off manually, I kept it on the mat and under the insulation cover to be extra sure (plus the fumes) It cured fully overnight! It usually takes 24-36 hours to cure my coasters but the mat did it in 12 hours!

This lovely product was delivered today and I was excited about using it. Only problem was my fast set resin didn't arrive today, only the deep pour resin. I figured it would be a good test since the deep pour was an 6-8 hr demold. THREE HOURS after pouring I could demold them, but they were rubbery still, but not so much to hold a fingerprint. (I used the mold that came with the kit.) I left them all sitting on the mat (turned off) and came back an hour later. They were rock hard! So I used some other molds, thick and thin, and ran it for 2 hours. After 2 hours most of them were solid but soft. You will need to play around with your times and Temps (I used medium heat both tests.) It will all depend on your resin. But I am THRILLED with this product!!!!

I've had this a month and a half I noticed its starting to warp and its disturbing my flat resin art. I've never bent it or folded it, its warping on its own and has now developed a bubble in the center. It was perfect when I got it after about 2 weeks I noticed the first warp so I placed something heavy trying to flatten in.. now its warped in 3 places and a bubble.. I cant find a way to contact the sell they are apparently in c China.. someone help.

I love that this mat comes with a little insulation tent, so the heat actually stays around your projects. And It came with a beautiful alphabet mold that's usually like $10 minimum on its own! This is definitely a good deal! So If you're looking for a heat mat for your resin projects, the istoyo mat is a great choice!

This does what it says! I was able to take my resin out of the mold in less than 8 hours and it was fully cured. Definitely don't just leave it unattended even with the automatic timer/heat controls though just as a basic safety rule

Très efficace

I love this and don't understand why I didn't buy it before!! It heats up quickly and you don't need to turn it up high to make it work. I only use it on a 5 setting and it works well and quickly. My resin work has improved so much and I am able to handle it much faster when I use this, especially if I use the hood too. It has definitely upped my game. Really worth the money, and mega easy to use. It is a large size but that just means I can get lots of work done 😃
