Logo on one side on my 1.5 litre on the other v small " made in Spain " near cap pourer.

There are some conficting reviews about this product. Is it leaky?

As a person who does a lot of outback camping living in cannok woods. I can safely say this product does what it says on the tin. Doesn't leak and very light wait when carrying around well happy.

Does it come with a shoulder strap?

Yes, but it's rubbish, just a thin leather thong that you can hang it by. It's not suitable for slinging over your shoulder and carrying it unless it's empty...

can this be used as a wine skin?

i would not...not sure what the wine would do to the lining....
