Pretty good! Was bit worried whether it would be suitable for what I wanted after reading other reviews saying it was too sharp etc... but it is absolutely fine! Of course... it is metal ... so expected it to be a little rough/sharp once cut - but nothing bad enough to cause me injury. I wore gloves anyway as it made it more comfortable to handle. - Needs to be cut with aviation snips. Scissors will not work. - The sticky back is good but depending on use, would need extra glue. - Smooth raw/cut edges with fine sandpaper or metal file. Decent quality stainless steel. I used it around my hob to protect my white quartz counter top and it looks great. Stuck down with Stixall clear adhesive/sealant as I needed somthing that is also somewhat heat resistant. Time will tell how long it lasts! But so far so good.

Item arrived on time and sell packed . Quality is good with straight edges It is proper aluminium metal strip ,holds its shape if curved or bent . Edges have not been de- burred, caution when handling , dont slide hands mine were fine with no gloves no cuts. Very minor visible blemishes on surface , probably due to production, light polish would remedy ,glue backing sticks well ,tried on a end grain of plywood ,that had a very thin coat of varnish , stuck fast, after 12 hours, pulling off small bits of varnish if prised off on a test piece. Need sharp aviation snips go cut . Overall Impressed . Quality usability good, no down sides for me. Would recommend item and seller and would use again .

This is a hard, springy metal strip - don't expect much flexibility - OK for straight runs, but forget going round tight bends or right angle corners. It's been precision-cut from a flat sheet and the edges are RAZOR sharp. Never press on it with your fingers - use a sqeegee or soft stick, or you'll get deep and painful 'paper' cuts from the edges. Very good metallic mirro finish though , and excellent stick adhesive. To cut it - forget craft knives/scissors/pliers - you will need a pair of good tin snips. You'll be lucky to get a flat cut too. I tried to trim one end to fit around a work top - had to tap all the cuts down flat. All in all - it looks OK when you're finished - but it's a real pain in the ar*e to work with.

This is really great, but a word of warning it is extremely difficult to cut, and be sure to wear gloves when handling. I thought that i would be fine as i was not cutting it when I was applying but I did hurt my thumb just by pushing on the edge of the strip when applying against the wall. It is however lovely - I bought on a punt to see if it would work and the adhesive is very strong and great. Another word of caution, if you need to remove this, the adhesive will rip the paint off your wall! Overall a quality product from what I can see and you get a decent ammount. I have ordered a second one to complete the project.

Looks a pretty good product - smart, seems to stick well, cuts well with tin snips - but listing specifies 0.02m width ie 2cm and I received 1cm

This is brilliant trim and is so highly polished it looks like chrome, easy to apply peal off backing and can be cut with strong scissors, well impressed. One word of warning the adhesive is so strong get it into position first time.

Great use for finishing mirror in posing room

The metal strips are easily cut with metal shears. At least that is what we used. The adhesive is of good quality and appears to withstand a high humidity environment.

Just installed a new sink(from Amazon) in kitchen however there was about an inch of discolouration from previous sink left on counter and would not scrub off. Looked for product to match sink and not look out of place. This stainless steel tape did the job. Our sink is black stainless so matched really well. Great, just wipes off, we mounted up to sink edge not on it.

We had a large basic mirror in our bathroom and I wanted to upgrade the look with gold trim to match the other hardware that we have after doing a partial bathroom renovation. As others have noted you do need to be careful with the sharpness of the edges when you cut it, but the end result is really elevated and I'm so happy with how it looks! I wish I had done this 20 years ago when we first moved in!

As an investor I can’t tell you how many times this item has come into use just adding that perfect finishing touches. It’s sharp though- it truly is durable and strong.
