I really like these! I have a lot of tealights that I like to use around the house but I got these since I am constantly using up matches or misplace them. I also wanted a flameless alternative since I accidentally burned a hole in my vinyl bathtub... oops. I got the warm ivory ones. The light is cozy, they look and feel great, the light isn't dim, it does flicker slightly to imitate a flame but my favorite feature is the child proofing on it. There's a tab you have you press and hold down while twisting the lid in order to get the button battery out. I would still be careful with these around littles, but the added safety feature is a huge bonus for me.

For what a 12-pack costs, these are a great buy. The flicker is well done and from a few feet away they really do pass for real candles. Up close you can tell they're LED, but that's true of every flameless candle I've tried, and it's not what you buy these for. They're the right call anywhere an open flame isn't a good idea — around kids, near curtains, or in a room you walk away from. Easy on/off underneath, and the light is a warm tone rather than a cold white. Five stars on value. If you want something that fools people at arm's length, spend more. If you want a room to look warm and lit, these do the job.

Seriously the truth, I turned one of them on, I put it in a pumpkin ceramic, pumpkin, and it's been burning for 2 full weeks and still burning ... Bright as ever. And i've never turned it off yet. I wanted to see how long it would burn.
