Do the insides of the sleeve have alot of padding and cushion that could help with hygroma in my 13m 85pound doberman?

There is a 1/4 to 1/3 of an inch padding. More than enough to protect your Doberman's elbows. Our 9 yo golden retriever is not at all enamored with them but comes to get them on. What we didn't know was there is also a mesh insert for adding an ice or heat pack. We LOVE these. The seller is awesome. We had a delivery issue per COVID (ie US Customs must have held them bc they come from Germany) and they sent a second set so we would receive them sooner for our boy.
