Apple iPhone 14 Pro, 128GB, Space Black - Unlocked (Renewed)

Phone is great, zero marks or cracks anywhere on the phone. Don’t know if I got lucky or if that was normal. Battery is at 84% though which isn’t great but not terrible.

I must say that this is a great phone, even for 2025. Considering people are still going around with iphone 6's and 7's, this should last a long time.It is fast, it has the dynamic island feature, and it boasts the newer iphone style with 3 cameras.BATTERY HEALTH AT 100%. Perfect screen as well, only slight scrape on the sides from a previous case.Overall a steal. Highly recommend.

First off, the the phone was delivered in a box inside of a box with no paper, no styrofoam, no bubblewrap, nothing. It was just flopping around inside of the box. That really set the mood for the rest of my experience.Secondly, there was no paperwork, just an iPhone and a charger, absolutely zero documentation of any kind. Sure it's easy to set up an iPhone and you don't really need any documentation to do so, but I'd at least like to know who sent me my product.Third, once the iPhone was set up it seemed to be in great condition. However the more I used it the more I realized it was junk. The display was absolutely not 120hz, it barely looked 60hz, but that may have been because the operating system of the iPhone was running very poorly, probably because it has been repaired with cheap, non-genuine parts. The front facing camera had very poor picture quality, so much so that the facial recognition refused to work for me. The touch screen was absolutely awful. My shattered iPhone 11 is easier to use. When scrolling, it would jump along without being able to smoothly follow my finger. Typing was a hassle because it would struggle to register my taps, and when it did it often input double characters and whatever letter was near what I was tapping. Good luck trying to type a password with that phone. Oh, and the battery health was a nice 70% when I checked it.Lastly, I don't know who the actual merchant is for this product. Depending on which options you choose, you'll end up buying from a different merchant. Before purchasing my product it said it was sold by Amazon.com, now with the exact same options it says it's DirectCertified. My order also says it was sold by DirectCertified, but at the time of purchase it said Amazon.com.Do NOT waste your money or your time with this merchant. I didn't walk, I RAN to my carrier and traded in this pile of garbage. I could have dealt with one or two of the problems since it was refurbished, but for the price and for this being a "Refurbished - Excellent" product, I found it to be absolutely unacceptable.

Buy the product in great condition, battery was 90% health. It works perfectly. It has some scratches on the screen, but not a big problem. The only thing i dont like is that it says in great condition, i will put this in good condition.

Nice phone… I did notice when I first charged it and turned it on that someone had installed a new screen, that’s nice. It looks great. The case is in great shape had 85% battery life and like I said, brand new screen. Now the bad: after a week I went to use the phone and the screen was black. I had to go online to figure out what to do. As it turns out this is an on going problem with at least iPhone 14. Even though the phone is fine and working great it somehow, once in awhile will just dim the screen down to 0 for no reason. It’s probably a firmware issue but it’s easy to fix. Quick press up volume then quick press down volume then press and hold the right side button untill the white apple logo appears. I had to do this twice. Or if you have Siri set up you can say hey siri, turn up screen brightness and a slider will appear allowing you to turn up the brightness enough to restart the phone. Hope this helps.

Amazing condition for a refurbished phone. I was skeptical to purchase because of negative reviews. Battery was 81% of life, but the iPhone 14 Pro was released SEP 2022, so that it acceptable. Phone was unlocked and easy to setup by transferring my data and phone number from my iPhone X to the iPhone 14 Pro. Didn't need to go to the cellular store.

I bought the iPhone 14 Pro, 128GB and it came basically brand new. 100 percent battery life. Not a single scratch or dent.

I have bought renewed Items before but nothing as expensive a this phone, I have to say I was disappointed in what I received it stated excellent, but I do not consider that excellent, I having bought a lot of earbuds in the past as renewed, I felt it would be as good if not better considering the price.Overall I was disappointed, it was a present, when I opened it it was switched on and I could not switch it back off no matter what i did, I think it should have had a complete factory reset which i am not sure it did.I will i saw scratches on the frame the cameras lenses where not even cleaned, which I cleaned myselfThe person was happy as he could never have afford that. so he was just grate full. But for me it was a poor and disappointing and some what deceiving buy, I will be hesitant in spending so much, on something that is not as advertised.Still deciding whether to send it back or not, not so easy when working on a ship.
