## Description

Haruka TL-18QVP is a single needle, lock-stitch, portable sewing machine, constructed of aluminum die-casting to ensure industrial-quality sewing. It is the newest version of Juki's famous TL series. As a reflection of JUKI’s Japanese heritage, the TL-18QVP was named Haruka meaning “beyond.” Go beyond expectation with Haruka! You will be surprised how powerful and solid this machine is. It's a work horse! Features: Float Function (NEW), Automatic Needle Threader, Thread Trimming, Sub Tension, Speed Control, Adjustable LED Light (NEW), Attachment Mounting Plate (NEW) Float Function is the same mechanism as Juki's industrial sewing machine. What it does is that the presser foot lifts up to 2 mm and prevents uneven sewing on fabric that easily gets shifted such as velvet and knit fabrics. It is a new feature on this machine. Included Accessories: 1/4" Presser Foot, Compensating Presser Foot, Walking Foot, Quilt Guide for Walking Foot, Open Toe Quilting Foot, 1/5" Quilting Foot, 1/4" Quilting Foot, Wide Table, Knee Lifter, Foot Pedal Stopper to disable the thread cutter on the foot pedal

**Q: Is this machine straight stich only?**
A: yes.

**Q: Can this machine sew through thick fabric effortlessly?  Like three layers of vinyl or leather or several layers of fabric?**
A: I haven't sewn vinyl or leather, but it sews through multiple layers of fabric, batting, and interfacing like butter! Also sews through multiple layers of cork.

**Q: What is the warranty that comes with this machine? The closest dealer to me is 6 hours away....if it needed service will they honor the warranty?**
A: This is a wonderful machine. I have made more than 50 quilts without a problem. My local sewing shop can service but not replace parts because they don't sell Juki
