As long as you have a top that comes down over the zip area you can't tell they are being used. When I got into the last trimester I used two buttoned together and then when I had the baby I went back to using one until my clothes fitted again.The savings I made buying these instead of lots of maternity clothes was huge, I still got to wear my favourite trousers that I loved and was comfy in. It's a good product for the money you're paying. Obviously, you have to wear longer tops to cover the extension of the fastening.Only one little feedback would be that the holes are definitely rather small so it's a bit tricky putting them on bigger buttons. And the buttons could be a bit bigger to accommodate bigger holes too.
