Nice that it has a built in heater
It feels pretty strong massager. It's nice and tingly, I even feel go down to my calf. The metal feels so cold, but with the heater it helps. Bought it for my mom who stands the entire shift time. I recommend this purchase, and I felt it's a good price

It would not do anything-- arrived broken or not workable. Save your money-=- gave it as a gift-- what a disappointment

Received it was so excited but it doesn't work already started process through Amazon to return item why would I pay for something that does not work

A waste of money and time
Poorly written directions, only works intermittently, and makes obnoxiously loud beeps with every button press when trying to start a massage.

I didn't like this massager at all. The directions were very unclear. Upon trying to make it work several times, I decided to return it.
