Disney Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Take-Along Tunes: Book with Music Player

nice little interactive book for the kiddos my eldest (3) gets the music player, my 1 yr old just keeps hitting the 'stop' button that beeps once, over & over lol but thats nothing new for parents. I'd say this is good for a long car ride/road trip to switch things up (that's sort of what I got it for anyway.)

My grandkids just loved it and it really tagged-along with them in the car, grandma's etc. The songs were fun and the words were in the book so it was easy to teach and sing-along with them. They gotta be young though... maybe 5 and under.

It's a cute concept. My 4 year old and 22 month old just play the hot dog song over and over. The other songs in the book are just your standard kiddie songs. "Head, shoulders, knees and toes." The Wheels on the Bus, etc.... But great little musical toy for the Hot Dog song. It does play the whole song too. If you lose the book here's a picture of the front insert on how to use the mickey doll.

This book is so cute it has all the old kids tunes such as "wheels on the bus" etc and she can play with the little take along mickey that plays the tunes from the book.

My son loves this, but the batteries that come with it will die in a couple weeks and it'll start not playing right. Make sure your switch them out.

The Mickey doesn’t actually sing the songs. He just plays the tune and you never know what song is going to come next since it doesn’t follow the book :-( We got this as a birthday present because he loves to sing along to almost all of these songs. I figured we could carry Mickey in the car and sing along with him. Nope. Mickey only plays the tunes so you have to have the songs memorized if you want to sing along without the book. We tried to do a few but they didn’t go in order of the book so we were flipping through to find the songs for each one. Not at all what we expected.

The book is fun with great colors and big font for learning how to read but the musical Mickey needs an overhaul. The 'stop button' on the left side is highly, highly unnecessary!! So much so that I finally had enough of the incessant beeping and hid Mickey away for good. Seems like this would be perfect with just one musical button.

I have a very happy 1 1/2 year old, the book is of high quality, it's colourful & cheerful etc the only downside is that the pages are thin and so easily torn, or paper cuts to small hands. The main reason I purchased this particular book was for the Mickey Mouse music player. It's fantastic and such a novel idea! Not flimsy or easily broken,and plays 20 tunes, there isn't any words to the music I must warn, the words to each tune are printed on each book page for singing along. I highly recommend this product, it would make a lovely gift for a little Mickey Mouse clubhouse fan.

... but not as loud and obnoxious as I was hoping for (was a gift for someone else LOL)... the kid loved it, would buy again :)
