Organic Maqui Berry Powder, Freeze-Dried: 30 Servings

This berry is one of the real deals in fruit nutrition. Don't live and die by it, but it's another fantastic source of key nutrients, and it's available here in a perfect little package. Absolutely great flavor using this and Acerola in a mixer with a bit of Levels whey protein. I can't go back after using Koyah stuff. All the other versions not freeze-dried just do not measure up IMHO. Spendy but completely better than the tedium in trying a bunch of other powders mixed and adulterated by questionable fillers. Note: Koyah is a great company, and they are also becoming a bit expensive. Recent drops in weight have lowered overall value for the product, but they still remain better than the general competition out there. Terrasoul happens to have a very similar product at a reduced price, so for this you might have to decide if Koyah is worth it to you. One would hope the freeze-drying is done in their own facilities for this price. I'd like to know more about what exactly they do. Right now I am under the impression they do their own freeze-drying. I hope that is the case, or this review is going to plummet to 1 or 2 stars if they are just buying bulk powder, which is available from many sellers at vastly reduced prices.

I use this product daily.

Tastes great!! I mix it with my pre workout drink. Doesn’t mix well, but keep adding water to my water bottle and it gradually dissolves the rest.

I just tried it so don't know the benefits yet. But the taste is barely a berry flavor. It reminds me of wheat grass shots. Very earthy!!! And be ready for the sediment. It does not stay mixed very well in a glass of water. I even used a portable frother/mixer. I'm going to try it in a vanilla protein shake. Hopefully it will mix better and taste better.

A good product but difficult to measure.

this mixes perfect in yogurts,,i love it...i mix acai berry powder and this one together and makes for a beautiful purple colored yogurt and taste fantastic with lots of health benefits...

This powder is great for inflammation. This is better than Tylenol.

I bought this powder after hearing it would help to clear up my diabetes, improve the kidneys and drain out extra sugars. Well it didn't work as I hoped, and instead when taking it made my sugars go up. Good product if you want berry powder, did feel a bit more energy with it for a couple weeks. Mixes ok into coffees/hot cocoas but I recommend it into a blender in smoothies cause it does have a fine gritty taste.
