Volvo headlights were easy to take out of the S80. Took about 10 minutes per light to change out old bulbs and install new bulbs. Best to change both bulbs at the same time and keep older one (s) as a spare just in case. Great price at £34 each too. Don’t go to the main dealer to have this done, save your money and time and do it yourself! As others have said the bulbs have a slightly warmer hue than the outgoing/failed Philips but the brightness is great and I have now replaced both sides. Replacement was the easiest job on any car I have owned (prob 10 min max) and after the manual saying "main dealer job" I was initially hesitant to give it a go. I just turned wheel to full lock to give maximum access into the wheel arch, unclip small cover in the wheel arch and a cover on the back of the headlight rotates off. Lots of videos you know where help in this matter.
