It’s not a use by date so the product is still safe to eat. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very easy to make a an excellent curry *by T***S on 6 November 2021* This is perfect for overlanders and campers as it is a small packet that is rehydrated to make an excellent curry sauce that can be added to meat, fish, veggies or just rice as well as traditional Katsu style. It is a thousand times better than that horrid artificial tasting stuff you find in jars on supermarket shelves. The block has ridges that make it easy to break off the desired amount the remainder is easily stored back in the packet until the next time you use it.
