This is an edit from my original review. The first candle I received did not smell like what it was supposed to, it was burning awful, not burning cleanly, and just all around not good. I posted that review and the seller reached out to me and asked if I wanted a refund or another candle. I opted for a different candle in hopes that the first one I received was just a fluke. And it was! The new candle is amazing! The smell is amazing and it’s burning beautifully! I was not asked to edit my original review at any time. I am doing this to one let people know how wonderful the candles are and what an awesome company to reach out and make my purchase right without asking me to change my review

I love this candle! It is very elegant, has a nice, subtle aroma and beautiful container and wick. I ordered two of these, one to test out before I give it as a gift which I will definitely do. Perfect gift and perfect for yourself.

Beautiful smelling candle. Lovely bottle

The jar is absolutely beautiful and adds a classy touch to any space. The scent is rich and pleasant—great if you like something that fills the room. That said, it might be a bit overpowering for those who are sensitive to strong fragrances. Still a high-quality candle with good burn time.

New update after speaking to customer service. I have several of these candles, not all are strong scented. The Santal Himalayan has very little scent if any, Citrus Mint, same thing. My favorite so far has been SEA MINT $ SPRUCE, it is strong and makes the whole house smell great. Now I am into Dark Berries and Bergamot, it is also strong a great smell going into fall. I also love Mandarin Matcha for the strong scent. If you are burning candles because you want your home to smell good then La Jolie Muse is the best, but not all scents are equal. The Seller has great customer service, drop a note and ask which candle is best if you don't know.

For the price, I thought it would leave a noticeable scent in the room. It doesn’t have any scent at all… even after burning for hours. Honestly, I don’t think it was worth the investment.

I’ve been on a mission to find the perfect candle I can subscribe to and have on hand at all times. Spending from $10 to north of $100, I am hoping my favorite isn’t at the high end. I try to order several at a time without reminding myself of its cost while sampling. I do this to keep an open mind and be honest with myself while my search continues. I am definitely narrowing it down and the reviews have been so helpful to me. I understand that the scent is an individual preference (that’s why I went ahead with ordering this candle.) From what I read, the smell was not what not as described, but again, I thought there was a chance I’d like it. Ugh, such a bummer because this really stinks! The candle is beautiful to look at. Packaging, presentation and protection was 100% but oh my, the scent is awful! Again, maybe it’s just not for me and I understand that, but this is the exact opposite of anything that I would ever want. The reviews I had read before were spot on. It really does smell like your grandmother’s perfume that had sat on her dresser for years. If you’re looking for a non-floral, musky, earthy scent, you simply will not find it in this. Too bad, because every single other thing about this was fantastic

I purchased this candle as a birthday gift for my sister that has everything. She adores the sandlewood scent and the packaging the candle arrived in was a beautiful box wrapped with green ribbon. She said it’s exotic and beautiful

白檀の香りが思ったよりは強いものの、心地よく、満足しています。また木の芯がたまにパチパチ音を立てながらゆらゆらと燃えるのを見ているのもリラックス効果ありです。大容量の蝋が入ったブラウンのジャーもおしゃれです。 1点だけ。MADE IN CHINA は商品が届いて初めて知りました。これは反則だと思います。生産国はきちんと商品紹介の中に明示しておくべきだと思います。中国製に対する偏見はありませんが、だからこそ隠さないでほしいです。

このシリーズの香り、ほぼコンプリートしましたが、この香りがベスト。ちょっと匂い強めですが、これくらいが好きです。パチパチ燃えて癒されます。 特に消す時が最高です

大きさや容器の美しさなどは写真で見て想像通りでしたが、香りだけが期待していた香りとちょっと違いました。 やっぱり嗅がないで好みの香りを買うのは難しいですね。
