It really helps to have healthy gut
I believe this probiotics had been an important part of my very healthy regime to feel great and loose weight. My body is very greatful for this product.

Something has changed
Ive ordered this a few times and always been really pleased with the effects. It literally gave me a flat stomach. Even tested it by not taking it for a month, belly increased, then started again and within days it was flatter.But my last two orders have turned up in boxed packaging not the bottled packaging as advertised and they don't work. Im even taking double the dose to get an effect and nothing so far. Result disappointed and have wasted £50. Will need to find another supplier now.

Not for me
Have now been taking just one capsule a day for two weeks and got abnormal discharge. Everyone is different and it seems it doesn’t agree with me. Will return to the broad spectrum probiotic I was previously taking

Probably does what it is supposed to do but it's just not very obvious
I was hoping this product would help with weight loss but does not seem to have made much difference at all.

Early days but effective
I have coeliac disease. I also have medical knowledge. This is the same strain bacterium as is found in breast milk. Everyone knows how important that is for new born babies. I personally like to try a product such as this for 3 months before comment because it takes time for changes to show and be evident in the body. However I have been asked to do it now. I am now on my 2nd month of taking this 2 tablets a day. I am seeing a much more settled digestion and my body is now responding favourably to this product. I intend to continue to take it because I can see the positive differences that are happening. At the very least it will help to build a strong body defence immune system in any person and we all need that. I dont think it's a miracle product nor however is it claimed to be. Therefore I am prepared to recommend it.

Protective package needed
I've ordered this about 5 times and every time the box is damaged when it's delivered.The product itself is not bad and I like the fact of individually capsuled for freshness. But more protective inner package should be added on.
