Good for bruises
This stuff is really great. It brings out the bruises quite quickly. Can recommend this item. I broke three ribs in my shoulder and, I sprayed in a couple of days. The bruising was coming out. Very very useful. Can recommend this seller.

Great item
This is ideal for my bad shoulder as I cannot reach to rub in creams or gels. It really does help relieve the pain after you get over the shock of the cold! I thoroughly recommend it.

Waste of money - dont buy.
Waste of money.I have used freeze products in the past with good results.I bought this as it seemed a good deal. It is not. There is barely any cooling effect at all let alone freezing. You may as well use a hand held fan and you will get the same effect. It is so poor I have used a whole can in just two applications on a badly twisted ankle and had no relief whatsoever.
