Size Guide Care instructions Review: Some of the most comfortable cotton bikinis I've ever worn. - I found that by my second trimester, any kind of a waist band around my abdomen was uncomfortable, even ones that weren't particularly tight or restrictive. So I looked for "under bump" panties, and I'm glad I found these because they are SO comfortable. They fit me really well. I had concerns that front "low rise" panties might not have enough rise in the back to cover things all the way, but these cover things perfectly. I am 5'6", was 170lb before getting pregnant and 180 lbs currently (20 weeks) and bought size L. Update: If you were at the upper end, or between sizes, I recommend sizing up. At 36 weeks and 200lbs, I can still wear the L, and they still cover everything but now they are a bit tight across the front of the leg, especially when sitting down. Review: So comfortable! - Super comfortable, I bought a large knowing a medium would do but wanted to grow into them. I am now 7.5 months and they fit great with room to spare still but don't fall. They are very breathable and probably the most comfortable maternity undies I've ever owend and I've worked at Thyme and Motherhood Maternity, so owned a lot of undies from both companies. They haven't shrunk after washing, quality is still amazing wash after wash and I live in mine! I highly recommend these prgnanant or not (I will keep for period undies!).

Pregnancy GAME CHANGER
BUY THESE UNDIES!! I did not realize just how uncomfortable I had been in my pre pregnancy panties until I got these. Mind you I transitioned into these at the same time I also went from elastic waist sweat pants to long cotton night gowns. So my whole hips/lower belly region just started living its best most free life on multiple levels. These are so stretchy and soft, they dip way low under the belly. You may have to shave a lil bit if you don't want any peek-a-boo hairs. My bottom is 44 inches around and I got a size Large its a tad loose but that's how i like it. These are the only undies I wear anymore I ordered a second pack. Just Yes, the answer is YES.

Amazing underwear
These are amazing underwear, so comfortable! I measure 42 around my hips, Amazon recommended a L based on past things I’ve purchase so I purchased these in size L even though the chart said I should get XL. For reference I am 5ft 3in 160 lbs and normally wear a 7 in women’s underwear. The L turned out perfectly it feels like I’m not even wearing anything, doesn’t ride up or fall down and seems like it will stretch with me as I get bigger. They seem durable to me but just to be careful I’ll be using a mesh garment bag in the washing machine to extend the life of these great underwear.

So comfy!
I'm 5'3 and a bit curvy but still generally petite to a western standard. I'm very pregnant and get so huge. I ordered the Large because I knew if rather them looser then tighter since I still had some time on my pregnancy and then months postpartum recovery. They were a tad loose initially but fit perfect now. I'd say they might run smaller for some so if you normally buy a medium undie and your big pregnant like me if opt for the Large size just in case. Otherwise the medium may have been just fine but returns are annoying. And btw they are super comfortable and would wear these normally even if I wasn't pregnant.
