This duvet is the best ever, it's beautifully made with quality material and just the right amount of feathers to make it thick, warm and comfortable, it fits well and I love that it's washable, I highly recommend this duvet and would definitely buy it again.

I was looking for comfort and gentle warmth so I chose a king-sized duvet for my double bed. I chose traditional box-structure to ensure even distribution of the filling. I chose down and breast-feathers because they were soft and lightweight but also economical, and I was impressed by the description of care taken in cleaning the feathers. I thought that the quality of the feather-proof fine cotton covering would also ensure comfort. I was amazed to find all these factors in a duvet of this price. I suffer from fibromyalgia which entails constant pain, sleep problems and chronic fatigue. I found that the duvet lived up to its description and was satisfactory in every way. There was an unexpected, added bonus. Since using the duvet I have enjoyed deep, refreshing sleep and woken up to far less pain than is usual, thus not only have I enjoyed restful nights but, with less pain, my days have been so much better as well. I understand that the neural malfunction causing the pain of fibromyalgia is affected by the ability to reach deep dream-free levels of sleep. I can only say that I am more than satisfied with my Homescapes 4,5 Tog, King-size, White goose feather& down duvet.

This is a little warmer than I expected, closer to 7 tog maybe. It’s great for British spring if I have the window open. My flat gets very warm even in winter (20.5C at night in March with the heating off!) and I often sleep hot, so I wanted something super light and breathable but also fluffy and cosy. I find it’s perfect if the temperature is below 18 degrees C, but much too warm if it’s 20+. I almost returned it for that reason but have decided not to as it’s perfect IF the window is open. It’s fluffy but quite light. I suspect it will be great for winter, maybe layered with some light blankets. It’s likely going to be much too warm for summer though. For the price I was really hoping for something I could use year round. Noise wise it does have a bit of a pleasant papery rustle but I don’t really notice it unless I’m trying to.

Beautifully made sooo warm and cozy no feathers sticking out I bought others off cheaper sites and feathers everywhere im glad I read the reviews on this one and a bit more expensive but you get what you pay for. slight smell only on opening but goes quickly just as it says in the description in packaging

I've got the 4.5 tog and it's very warm and it doesn't loose it's feathers, I totally recommend and I sleep next to the open window 5

This duvet nestles around you without being too heavy and feels comfortable. The only downside, at the moment, is the rustling noise it makes. I’m hoping the cover will soften and this will stop as we’ve only had it a week.

I bought this after reading other positive reviews on amazon. I feel the cold, but am a hot sleeper, so use a 4.5 tog duvet all year round and I always go with goose down over polyester. Now that I have slept under this I am very pleased with it. I bought this to replace my last duvet because I couldn't stand the smell or the feathers any longer (also purchased thru amazon). Why I put up with it for a year I don't know. Maybe I hoped it would eventually fade away. From the day I got it, to the day this one arrived, it smelled of raw egg? Everytime I changed the bedding it looked like a fox had been fighting with geese in the bedroom, feathers everywhere. Id bring the hoover with the fresh bedding automatically. This on the other hand hasn't shed feathers at all and it doesn't smell. It is quite flat as you would expect from a low tog and is padded in sections, so will definitely hold its shape. Some reviews said it makes a rustling noise, which I kind of understand but I haven't noticed enough to bother me. Overall I don't regret buying it for a second and am really happy I got it. Bought the 13.5 tog version of this duvet few months ago for current Winter period..I have been using it since November and it is fantsic..Very comfy and warm..The box baffle construction is brilliant..It keeps the feathers evenly distributed..Haven't seen one feather escape in three months of use..It's like sleeping under a giant fluffy Marshmallow.So I thought better buy this 4.5 tog for the coming summer as the 13.5 tog will be far to warm..This 4.5 tog like the 13.5 tog is seriously good value and quality..On a final note.On both occasions I have received the duvets the next day after purchase..I really can't fault Homescapes duvet..I may even purchase some of there other products in the future..

No lo recomiendo para lugares con temperaturas nocturnas por debajo de los 0 grados en el exterior... Porque vivo en el sur de España y las noches frías tengo que usar pijama para no pasar frio. Es de calidez media-baja. Pero esta bien relleno y es de una calidad aceptable., estoy contento con la compra.

Ich habe nach einem günstigen Federbett für die gesamte Sommerjahreshälfte gesucht. Meine bisherige Wildseidendecke war mir oft im Übergang und an kalten Sommertagen zu dünn, da ich generell eher friere als schwitze. Die Verarbeitung dieser Decke ist für den Preis prima. Die Nähte sind alle ordentlich, ich hab nur an einer Kassette noch einen Faden zum Abschneiden gefunden. Vor allem aber ist mir die Decke tatsächlich warm genug auch an kühleren Tagen. Da der Daunenanteil bei dieser Füllung nicht so hoch ist, kam mir die Decke anfangs jedoch etwas "laut" vor. Beim Falten oder Wenden klang es für mich anfangs fast wie eine Zeltplane. Vermutlich ist dies jedoch kaum vermeidbar, wenn man denn ein nicht so dickes Federbett möchte. Wären es mehr Daunen und weniger stabile Federn, würde die Decke sicherlich sehr schnell „platt gedrückt“. Jedenfalls habe ich mich schnell daran gewöhnt und mit dem Gebrauch haben sich die Federn wohl auch besser verteilt und es ist nicht mehr störend. Wer gern Federn möchte auch in der warmen Jahreshälfte, dem würde ich diese Decke empfehlen. Nachtrag Juni 2020: Nun habe ich dieses Federbett nochmals für meinen Partner bestellt. Meines ist auch nach 3 Jahren noch immer gut in Form. Nur in zwei Kassetten oben sind die Federn ein wenig zusammengedrückt dünner geworden, ohne dass ich dadurch insgesamt weniger Wärme empfinde. Auch die „Geräusche“ waren nach ein paar Wochen erledigt. So lange Haltbarkeit hatte ich bei dem geringen Füllvolumen nicht erwartet und füge daher jetzt den letzten Stern nach. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Bonne couette et prix très raisonnable. J'ai pris la version été 4.5 Tog elle est chaude mais légère en meme temps. Ma chambre est à 17 degrés la nuit. Si vous n'êtes pas frileuse c'est ok. J'avais essayé la version10. 5 Tog mais trop chaude pour moi et moin légère. Si vous êtes frileux mieux vaut prendre la 10.5 Tog elle est plus épaisse plus de gonflant.
