Work exactly as expected offering quiet noise.
Great fans, very quiet and well worth it for the performance.

VERY quiet, compact and affordable replacement.
The BeQuiet! BL044 Pure Wings 2 fan is fantastic. I had the bearings go on an older non-descript fan that I had for several years. After having a great experience with beQuiet! 's CPU heatsink/fan system I installed a year ago I opted to go for another of these brands fans. I was not disappointed. Installation was as simple as finding a free fan connection, plugging it in and screwing it onto the case with 4 screws, granted I had to use my original case screws but you do get some shorter screws provided in the box. I power the unit up and bam, the fan spins, great airflow and running 5 degree's cooler and I can barely even hear it with the gentle hum of airflow moving through it, it is REALLY quiet. Superb fan, just be careful of the depth of this unit if you have a large heat sink (that I do) it came close but fitted fine.

Very quiet and works great!
For clarity, I purchased the 3pin 120mm 1000rpm BL047 version of this fan (NOT the 4pin PWM version). I purchased these to replace some Corsair fans that came with my AIO (280mm radiator H115i) The Corsair ones sounded like someone had a vacuum cleaner on. These ones on the other hand are quiet as anything (same speed as the Corsair ones were used at). I can say that these are less airflow than the supplied Corsair ones, BUT they do keep my temperatures at around 50 degrees when stress testing the CPU (the same as the previous Corsair ones). Also worthy of note is that they are not being used at the full 12V by me (as the Corsair ones weren't either). So if they can keep my temperatures down with that in mind, they should have no difficulty at 'normal' speed. Would I buy them again? Yes Would I recommend them? Yes Are they quiet? Yes they are - I can barely hear them with the PC sat next to me in a Lian Li Dynamic case (beautiful case BTW!). Which way around do I fit them? The logo side should be on the intake side (air in) and the tech details side is air out or exhaust. How quiet are they? At the speed I'm running them at, I could hear a fly fart! At full speed I would imagine they'll still be fairly quiet. I can only suggest that the people who say these are not as effective (air flow wise) as they imagined they should be, have either fitted them incorrectly (the wrong way around may be?) or are expecting something like a 12 inch fan for airflow from these. Also bear in mind, these rotate at half the speed of most 120mm fans. I have no idea how long these will last, but a 3 year warranty gives me some confidence in the product.

A bit quieter and a bit cooler
I replaced two 13 year old 7 blade 120 mm CoolerMaster fans with these. This is because working from home I've started to get irritated by the constant turbine rumble of my PC. I already have a quiet XFX PSU and a Be Quiet! CPU cooler, so thought I would give these a go. Is my PC quieter? Yes, a bit, though it seems that my old fans were't as bad or worn as I'd suspected. Is my PC cooler? Yes, a bit. I reckon the average temperature of components at idle is a few degrees cooler. I've also noticed than my GPU fans are quieter when I'm gaming. All in all, these are decent well-made fans for the money. You could certainly do worse but there is better out there at a higher price point. If I had a modern case I think I might see a bigger reduction in noise and temperature.

Quiet PWM fans for in house/office servers
I have "standardised" on VCR-style mATX/ITX cases housing virtual servers that require small 80mm fans - 4 of them. As they are deployed in residential/office they need to be quiet. Air flow for my use is less important as the combined load on the servers is low. Thus I have been searching for quiet PWM fans that are also cheap. While the Arctic fans are very cheap, even the PST CO are very loud even at low RPM (200 min). Yes, they do move air well if you need that and are very cheap but they are loud and they start rattling after about a year or so. Thus I have been on a quest for quiet fans. If I had the money, sure go for Noctua. But these are much cheaper and really quiet. For my use they are great, sure they don't move lots of air especially at low RPM but they are quiet. At max rpm (2000) they do move decent amount of air at OK noise but don't expect Arctic level of air (2200 rpm). Note the included fan screws are silver - so may need to buy some black screws; also no splitter which for some motherboards with say only 2 fan headers (since I use 4 fans) I needed 2. Arctic fans do have built-in splitters... Overall if you want quiet and cheap but don't require lots of air these are ideal.

Does just what it says on the tin !
When buying this product I was contemplating whether this product would be a success because of the low price, but to my great surprise it is amazing. First of the installation was as easy as any other fan, four simple screws and a connecter to provide power. I currently use this fan as an exhale and what a great job it does. It runs a very acceptable speed and provides excellent airflow throughout my computer system. This was very important to me that everything stays cool, and to safely say, no issues what so ever. The mix of affordability, noise and performance makes this product a massive success and I don't see why you would go elsewhere. Although if you're looking for RGB you could be pushed elsewhere as this product does not provide this. As an exhale this was not too important to me. Overall this is a great product and do not regret the purchase at all.

Well made & live up to their name - very quiet running.
I bought two of the fans so I could use them side by side on the RAM side of my Noctua DH15 Chromax (so I didn’t have the supplied Noctua fan sticking up above the cooler tower, looking ugly & not not cooling the fins) and they do the job brilliantly. They are super quiet and because they’re wired up with a four pin connector, they can be controlled by your motherboard’s BIOS. For my purpose I have no complaints and they have performed so well that I’d consider buying Be Quiet’s larger sizes over Noctua ones in future — I work to the principle that you get what you pay for; paying “peanuts” don’t be surprised when you receive crap. They are well made coming with decent and sturdy frames and are easily mounted as either intake or exhaust with the four supplied screws.
