Review: Excellent mobility tools - These are better than lacrosse balls - well, maybe enough to say they're significantly different. First, they are not as slippery as lacrosse balls. They have a bit of grip to them, with just enough give that they reach into the muscle and effectively massage it. Great that there are two packaged in a mesh bag and so can be used together as a single unit. I will be interested to see what their life-span is. BTW - I also bought her book and follow Kelly Starret on YouTube as well as using his book HOW TO BE A SUPPLE LEOPARD and all are helpful, essential really, guides to using these balls.

I just loosen the top of the bag slightly then lay on the balls so they are positioned either side of my spine, then slowly roll across them so they travel up and down my spine until I find the area tha really hurts then just relax and repeat. Really really help for giving some instant relief.

**Q: do these come with the tote (mesh bag thing)? thanks**
A: Yes they do , so you can use without as individual pressure aids Or in the bag as a twinned version, for either side of spine for example

**Q: How hard are these compared to lacross balls and tennis balls?**
A: Not as hard as a lacrosse ball, but harder than a tennis ball. I have found them very useful.

**Q: can these be used instead of tai chi balls**
A: I don't know Tai Chi balls work but these are amazing. The best part is even if you something wrong like roll over a bone or so it doesn't do any damage.

**Q: can you use them for a lot of exercises?**
A: I use much me for stretching rubbing - use them in my personal training and circuit classes they are brilliant - I use themDaily 👌

Was recommended these by my wife who saw them in a yoga video, they are amazing for helping To relieve my back pain after I was injured at work lifting something. These are terrific. They aren't at all like the rubber balls my dog has. They have much more grip, a softness that grows with use, and enough hardness to work my muscles without pinching. I watched a couple of short YouTube videos to get a sense of how to work with them. Just 10 minutes and my back feels so much better. The pain comes back after a few hours, but maybe with time it won't come back. I have only used the balls twice so far! I have had backache for many years, lower back and thoracic, and these help both areas but the huge relief is in the upper back. Definitely worth it if you want relief from your back pain.
