I got this because of all the things people say about taking honey pollen helping with seasonal allergies/hay fever - I'm aware the science research does not back this claim at all, but thought I'd give it a try anyway. To be honest, I think it did help. It's always difficult to tell whether these things are just coincidence, but my time using it seemed to be better for allergies. It's a very thick, solidified honey. It tastes good and has a creaminess to its taste - enjoyable. There isn't as much pollen as a local competitor (so I've switched now) - just a small amount settled on the top. I trust it as real honey from a UK business. Would recommend.

Really good taste. I got this because of all the things people say about taking honey pollen helping with seasonal allergies/hay fever - I'm aware the science research does not back this claim at all, but thought I'd give it a try anyway. To be honest, I think it did help. It's always difficult to tell whether these things are just coincidence, but my time using it seemed to be better for allergies. It's a very thick, solidified honey. It tastes good and has a creaminess to its taste - enjoyable. There isn't as much pollen as a local competitor (so I've switched now) - just a small amount settled on the top. I trust it as real honey from a UK business. Would recommend.
