My mums recently been experiencing anxiety pretty badly and it got to the point where we would try anything to help her. Having purchased an aromatherapy necklace I saw this and after reading others reviews thought it was worth trying. We used this in a diffuser as well as a facial sauna and it helped calm mum instantly. It’s not over powering in scent and is pretty pleasant. Will certainly never be without this in our house from now on and will buy for others when they are needing calmness in their lives.

I love this scent. After struggling with anxiety, this is a really fanastic product which reminds me to look after myself. The power of aromatherapy is fantastic. At first I wasn't too convinced that the scent was going to be strong enough (I love to really notice my aromatherapy fragrances!) but once I began to use it in an oil burner mixed with water, I was pleasantly surprised to find I could indeed smell this essential oil mix and it is a lovely scent. I suffer with GAD from time to time (more often than I actually care to admit), and decided to buy this as a pre mixed anxiety relief as it was easier and cheeper than buying all the separate oils and blending them myself. I am looking to get a larva bracelet so that I can use this oil blend whilst I am out and about or at work.

I have been buying this essential oil blend along with a few others from the same company as they rarely disappoint. I love its calming scent and the fact that it is a blend of different oils. I put a few drops into a diffuser, as well as diluting with coconut oil and spraying directly onto my pillow and onto the back of my neck. It has helped me to fall asleep faster and have a more restful night's sleep.

I absolutely love this wonderful oil. I had been suffering quite badly with anxiety and I saw this oil. I had no expectations. But it is actually brilliant. I use it in a diffuser. It smells lovely and I genuinely have seen a reduction in anxiety when I use this. I've re-ordered this oil a few times now. It does work. I'm amazed. But it is very effective for me. Highly recommended.

This has a really strong smell. Sometimes its soothing but I found some days it gave me a headache. I suffer really bad with anxiety and found that is does help but not if you use it everyday.once a week helps me.

I’m not loving the smell but if you put a tiny bit on it’s tolerable but would buy different essences 👍🏽

I don’t know if this essential oil does help to reduce anxiety levels however it fills the room with a really nice aroma when used with a cold mist defuser.I would recommend this oil to my friends and family, in fact a number of my friends have commented on the fragrance and implied that they would buy it for their home and office.

I bought this to use in a room spray, I put a few drops in a refillable room spray and add a teaspoon of olive oil and then fill with water the smell is lovely. If you are using it for this purpose remember to shake your room spray every now and again to make sure it stays mixed.

Amazing scent that puts you at ease. I have this going on in the diffuser in the evenings. It is not overwhelming but certainly noticeable.
