It does not bleed or smear and it stays on while drinking hot and cold drinks and eating! **Q: Hi i returned this product before it arrived as i ordered it by mistake. I reciced the money back but still got the product, what should i do?**
A: nothing. the channels are too complicated and unless it involved a lot of money, then it's more expense and bother for the to chase it. keep it in case you get a request to return it. ...unless someone else is more informed than me!

**Q: Is this a propelling pencil**
A: It is a felt covered stick that you dip in the colour and acts both as a pencil and a lipstick. It is the only lipstick that lasts all day that I know of. I am completely hooked on it. Could not do without.

Beautiful colour and does what it says! Glides on nicely and sits well with a lip pencil (that goes on first) to define lips. It does not bleed or smear and it stays on while drinking hot and cold drinks and eating! After applying a good coat of lipstick let it dry properly and then apply a light coat of the balm and you are done for the say! I definitely recommend this lipstick.
