Fix the shipping problem with the lid!!!
I’m giving this product a 5 star review because it is superb and works wonderfully on my little ShihTzus. HOWEVER, the shipping method used is very faulty!! Nobody will take the time or effort to tape the lid or wrap the bottle in a plastic bag. It comes to us tossed inside a huge box among our monthly Amazon Subscribe&Save items. Our first try for this product came with many damaged items and a 1/3 bottle of the product and a soaked box. They actually wanted me to send back the remainder of the product!! Tried again. Received bottle with just loose lid. This shipment; small amount soaked on the inside of shipping container, lid just loose!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE?????? The product itself, works great on My Little Guys!! Smells great! Coats seem wonderful! Using the shampoo and conditioner too.

I have a Brittany whose hair ends up being on the more corse side especially with his length. This conditioner helps soften the rough texture as well as helps with the matting around his ears from the hair. It’s easy to use and provides the perfect amount of moisture to his coat for a few weeks of sweet soft snuggles. Totally worth the investment to help manage unruly corse hair!

Works well and last
My wife is a groomer and she uses this every day. It definitely gives the dogs a good smell afterwards. Does not leave a sticky film on the animal. It has a long lasting effect. Well worth it

Does a good job but smells bad
The conditioner does a good job at making my dog’s fur softer and easier to brush after a bath, and straight out of the bottle it smells nice. However after a day or 2 the smell turns into this weird smell that reminds me of play-dough and it lasts for weeks. I have to mask it with scented detangling sprays and still I can smell it on my poor dog.
