Decently thick, little bit of a challenge to get the fob in. But it gives extra support, and protects the fob from impact on dropping it. So yah I would say worth the money, on someone who a cluts like me. And yes it does not interfere with my car. Locket it, un locket it, opened the trunk, set off the alarm, all buttons worked... Its good.
