These fit perfectly, they are comfortable, supportive. I have a little pooch and it smooths it out with ease. Some of my other work out leggings are thick and get hot during a workout. These are a quality thickness but, stretchy. I bought the medium size, for me it was the perfect choice. I am 5'2" 138 lbs with very a very small butt. (meaning I wish I had a nice round curvy butt, but alas I have not been blessed with one. Mine is pretty flat and kinda lacking) I am short waisted and most pants that say high waisted are usually too high on me coming right up to my bra. But these were perfect for me, just about an inch above my belly button. They fit very nicely and are thick enough to wear any color panties you want and can't be seen. The pattern disguises any cellulite or small ripples you might have. They do a pretty good job of smoothing things out and holding things in. All around the only drawback I can think of is that they are kinda slippery and if you don't wear panties it's not really a problem but if you do, you might want to wear some that stay put otherwise they can slip and slide against each other and get out of place. I would buy them again.
