An excellent high quality pair of gloves for proper weightlifting workouts. These gloves are simply the best, are high quality and feel as if they are durable. I have not had them long so cannot yet fully comment on durability. All materials are definitely high quality though. Very comfortable for lifting weights, although I can understand why some reviews say the gloves are over padded. I would say the gloves are just a slight touch over padded, however this is what gives these gloves the added comfort that other gloves do not give. I have not had any problems in lifting/griping any kind of bars/equipment with these gloves and overall the gloves have definitely improved the quality of my workout as my hands are completely comfortable for the entire duration of my workout and this was definitely not the case with other gloves. The extra 3/4 finger length is really nice and just adds to the comfort of the gloves. If you are contemplating buying these, just go for it, they are an excellent pair of proper weightlifting gloves and are great value for money.

I'm an enthusiast bodybuilder with more than 25 years experience in the gym. I always lift heavy free weights and had to said good-buy to countless gloves. Some have lasted longer than others, but none were ever perfect. The stitching always seems to be the weak point and some are simply not comfortable. In my quest for the perfect gloves I came across the RDX Weight Lifting Gloves which seemingly ticked all boxes; plenty of wrist support, added palm padding for heavy lifting, great looks and a trusted brand. My first experience with them was great. They ooze quality and provide lots of protection. Some reviewers pointed out that the padding is overkill – I did find it hard to get a tight grip on dumbbells in certain situations, so I simply removed the upper pads on the fingers. With this easy modification done, I can truly say that these are the best gloves I have ever owned. They give me the perfect grip and compliment my training perfectly. So far I have used them 5 times a week for 3 months and they feel/look like new. Time will tell, but judging my the quality feel and after inspecting the stitching, I have no reason to believe they are going to give up any time soon.

These gloves make it so much easier to maintain a good grip on the barbell, whilst also being very comfortable. Padding: There is generous padding on the palm. And padding extends over 3/4 of the way down each finger and over 1/2 way down the thumb. Size: I recommend getting a size larger than your hand measurements. I bought 2 pairs in different sizes, L & XL My hand measures 21.5cm, which according to RDX means I should be using a size L pair of gloves. But the RDX L was far too tight on the webbing between my fingers, and was rubbing and uncomfortable. I had to remove the size L gloves from my hands, so that I could comfortable hold the barbell. So I gave the LARGE gloves to a charity shop to resell and use the XL instead (which RDX says should be for hands measuring 23-25cm. The XL gloves are perfect for my 21.5cm hands. I paid £19.99 for these gloves and consider that to be a little pricey. But they are nice gloves. And very comfortable. So they get a thumbs up from me. Recommended!

Been a gym enthusiast for 40+ yrs and had plenty of gloves over that time - these are undoubtedly the best I've ever had. Great quality materials, well constructed and padded in the right places. The wrist wraps work very well and the red finger pouches make removing the gloves easy. Can't recommend them highly enough.

As with all products these days there is an inbuilt obsolescence. Something that will break or perish that forces you to buy again. This pair and my last pair of other brand gloves, the velcro no longer works. As the rest of the gloves are fine I have glued industrial velcro onto the old velcro resulting in straps that are as tight as...very tight thing!. We shall see how long the leather and stitching lasts, the velcro lasted 6 months. Even though the gloves fell apart, I rationalised that approx2 years was not bad. Bought a second pair. This time the stitching is falling apart showing bare skin. The gloves are falling apart after 6 months. DO NOT BUY. I remember having gloves that lasted years when i was younger. The hunt for lasting gloves continues.

I looked up for gloves that have exceptionally thick padding - especially in the lower thumb palm area. I press heavy and suffer from mildly painful joints hence this was the criteria. The gloves are very well padded and therefore great for bench, shoulder presses. However, owing to finger padding (totally unnecessary)these gloves do not help with grips especially for pull ups, deadlifts etc. Straps are not elasticated, so they do not support the wrist a lot - so not very useful for heavy bicep curls. So be mindful that you may have to carry two pairs of gloves - this one for presses and another with elasticated strap and less padding for grip specific exercises. 4 stars because I got what I needed and RDX products are very tough and durable. 1 star reserved as this is not an all purpose glove.

Buenos guantes pero finos, cómodos. Es como una mezcla entre guantes de bicicleta y gym. Tienen una zona para secarte el sudor tipo toalla pero es pequeña. Los recomiendo para un ejercicio moderado. Si lo tuyo es darle caña a las pesas es mejor que los pilles más gruesos.

I just got these and have one workout in them so far. This is my second RDX product and the quality is again outstanding. This are simply the most well made gloves I have ever had and I have had many. I like the length of the fingers. I like the feel of the material. I like the strap and how easy they slide on and off. What is going to take some getting used to is the thickness of the padding. These are the thickest, most padded, gloves I have ever worn. By themselves they feel good but they do need some breaking in to get the pads to a better working condition. The padding mixed with Fat Gripz was just to much and on exercises I add the Fat Gripz to I took the gloves off. The Fat Gripz are soft and comfortable anyways so the gloves are really not needed. These are the first gloves with a strap I have used and at first I was not sold on them but after a little time in them I became a fan. I only strapped them down tight when I wanted the wrist support but the gloves work well tight and loose. Other than that they seem to be a glove I will really love and stick with for a long time. This also look really good and I get they was last a long time.
