If you look closely at the pictures I uploaded, you will see where the lever is broken off of the section that still resides inside the "bridge" tool. This is low quality, powdered metal, not a solid piece of steel or high strength metal. As I was pulling a dent out, the handle literally broke off, rendering the tool useless. Look closely at each of the 4 pictures attached. That was the main reason for the purchase, as the other tools in the package, aside from the steel slide bar, are also cheap and rather useless. I would not come even close to recommending this to anyone who knows a bit about dent repair, don't waste your money, find something capable that can do the job without breaking in your hands.

Not nearly as easy as it looks but did a good job at removing deep door ding that I had. Didn’t get it all the way out but at least 90%. I am sure that the biggest issue was my lack of experience. Decent quality for the price. It would have been better if the bridge used the same tabs as the other pullers

I seriously wanted this to work. I got tagged in a Walmart parking lot and had my front fender dented. Luckily, it didn't scratch the paint. So, I come here and purchase this set. Of course, it was in the late fall, so the weather just got warm enough to try it. It had arrived before Christmas, looked to be well made, and I so I'd put it aside until today. I wish I could say it works as good as it looks, but the glue won't hold long enough to see. I tried applying all three types of glue (yellow, clear, black) sent three times each. I used a different amount of glue each time just in case I was using too much or too little. (The photo is of the black glue in the final extra heavy amount try.) I followed the directions as to how long to let is set before attempting to pull the dent, and even extended the time as long as 30 minutes just in case it was taking longer than expected. Results were the same in all nine attempts. The glue just wouldn't hold. It's a shame that this wll made set is fouled up by something so simple as glue sticks. I read that they'd solved this problem in another review. Obviously, they haven't.
