How long did it take you to see results and/or finally get better?

I started Oct of 2015 as I was diagnosed with molybdenum deficiency at the level of 1.0It took exactly 21 weeks to get into the zone ... 1.4...and I am 68 now and for the first time I felt like I was 40 again.  The deficiency makes me feel very ill.  I cannot metabolize sulfates or sulfite and as a result when I accidently eat or come in contact withe sulfite I get tachycardia.   Feel free to email me directly at pauli@uwm.eduI still cannot metabolize sulfite but the reaction I s more subtle now   THE BEST SUPPLEMENT IF YOU CANNOT METABOLIZE SULFITES AS WELL IS ACTUALLY      KAL MOLYBDENUM 5mg one pill a day...this bottle of KAL does not contain sulfates in any form and that is critical because most supplements do.  I am not sure about Best Molybdenum which I bought and it was quickly delivered, but I did not actually try this brand because my doctor said to stick with KAL brand.

Molybdenum (as TRAACS Molybdenum Glycinate Chelate) 500 mg per cap. Other ingreds: microcrystalline cellulose, HPMC (capsule), L-leucine and silica. However, the manufacturer is not entirely disclosing the full ingredients. The HPMC (capsule) is actually hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose. It is a semi-synthetic compound that reacts strongly if exposed to oxidizing agents. Doesn't look like it. Here's what it says on the back. Molybenum (as TRAACS molybdenum glycinate chelate)  500mcg per serving (1 capsule), 667% daily value. Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, HPMC (capsule), L-leucine, silica. DOES NOT CONTAIN: Milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, GMO, gluten, artificial colors or preservatives.

On the back label it says "Molybdenum (as TRAACS Molybdeum Glycinate Chelate).  I take this because I take MSM for energy and my doctor said to take Molybdeum when taking MSM since the MSM somehow deletes your Molybdeum and you need to supplement with additional Molybdeum.  This combination works well for me.
