Can this be used on dry hair to tame flyaway, static and give volume too or is it designed for for just after washing only? Thank you

It’s designed for after washing. But I have used it on dry hair and it does a bit of a smoothing job. To be honest though if you are looking to tame dry hair frizz etc then I feel something like frizz ease is better as it’s designed for this purpose.
