Delicious 😋
Delicious!!! Kolkata Chai is better than any chai tea I've ordered from a coffee shop. It's any easy process and well worth it !!! Delicious aroma upon opening the bag and while it's boiling/steeping on the stove. Perfect winter tea !!

Authentic Chai Blend
This is a great authentic chai blend. It tasted really great when made according to the directions, and was nostalgic for all the smells and tases when my parents and grandparents used to make chai growing up. For the convenience of an occasional cup of chai, this is a great product.

Wonderful taste, great quality, love it
This is the chai mix I was looking for in the US. Very fragrant, balanced taste and overall great quality. Maybe a little pricey compared to the quantity, but absolutely worth it.

Delicious, but pricey, and not gonna hold your hand
So, with the caveat that I brewed this in a bag, not via the more traditional stovetop method, which might yield better results: This is a very tasty chai! The spice blend isn't distinctive apart from the rose petal, but it's balanced and pleasant. Some loose chais are this difficult compromise between deliciously spicy and strong and likely to give me a light upset stomach if I don't drink them with food- this is mild and delicate but very enjoyable. However: the tea itself isn't terribly strong. I find myself having to up the amount I use- I'm still calibrating how much and how long a steep actually gets me to the strength I like from milky tea, but it's far less than I'm used to from chai mixes, where I usually have to hold back from my 'heap the tablespoon' instinct, and disappointing that there isn't a brew guide for the lazier, less traditional brew method, that I would imagine most consumers are gonna default to. And given that this is a pretty costly tea, that feels important to note. Also, I totally get that grated fresh ginger is the optimal experience, but a lot of extremely good chai mixes add dried ginger and let you add more if you're needing the fresh ginger kick. I don't keep fresh ginger around consistently enough and usually don't have the cope for an extra step in my tea routine, so I really wish that if the Optimal Experience is with ginger it would be provided. (A little powdered ginger in a bag kind of works, and dried ginger would probably be far better.) Basically: this mix is tasty, but expensive by comparison with other chai, of debatable value given the strength issue, and what you're paying for is absolutely not convenience. I respect chai as a tea ritual, but I think this is a funny compromise between the full ritual- where the cost per cup is usually cheaper!- and a daily (or, given the cost: more like weekly) cup of comfort.

Great taste!
I love this chai mix, it is the closest to a truly spicy and sweet latte I can get without making it from scratch. Great middle ground when you are low on time but don't want to spend a fortune at a shop.

Tasted Great & Save the Tea!
The tea was great and had the strong flavor of chia. I did not discard the brewed tea. Instead, I saved it in a glass jar & put it in the fridge. Later, I used it again by brewing it in a filter cup like I did on the first day. I used some honey and coconut milk. It still tasted dark & looked dark. So, save it for the 2nd brewing to save $$!

Bland
I love Chai and drink it everyday. For me this did not have enough flavor and spice. Taste ok just not the way I like it.

Delicious chai!!! I'm now a fan.
Really great product. It is more expensive than most but authentic chai preparation. No sugary concentrate to add water. You know what you are getting and add what you want to your drink. Enjoy!!!
