These have an amazing effect on the body, I take them at night before bed and wake up with bowl movement and completely unswollen. The taste is really good. My only issues is the daily intake as I believed a package of 60 would be for two months, but it only last a month. Would be good to have only one gummie per day. Or do bigger packages.

This gummy is just okay, in my opinion..... I have felt bloated lately and was hoping this would work well. It helps some days, but not always, Not sure I would re-purchase unless I see a HUGE difference. I still have stomach discomfort. However, very easy to take...gummies taste good.

I don’t know what they put in these gummies but they are the FIRST digestive product that I’ve tried that actually takes that lower abdominal puff away! 🥹 They relieve that lower belly bloat - girls, I know you know what I mean - and they will prevent it from happening if taken ahead of time. I don’t use them daily, only when I need relief, or when I know I will need it as preventative care, i.e., when I know I’m working a long night shift and my sleep pattern is gonna get messed up. never felt any slight difference in bloating, i took it as recommended and it made no difference. i wanted to trust because it was name brand it would work but i will be looking else where. taste of gummy was decent at least.
