Definitely take the edge off and promotes longer sleep. Weirdest dreams ever though. Overall great. Keep in mind it will become less effective as product builds up in your system. They're so friggen delicous so be careful not to leave them where children can get to them.

I usually take these in the night before bed and they work great, but I decided to take them for an 1 hour and 30 minute nap and it was great! And when I woke up from my nap I wasn’t too tired which is great because I needed energy for the day. They taste really good too, they’re really sweet. There is 3g of sugar, but it’s from Tapioca syrup, organic cane sugar, and fruit juice. I think all the ingredients are good as well, in my opinion. There is coconut oil in there as well, which I always enjoy, but people with nut allergies won’t be able to use them depending on what kind of nut allergy they have. These gummies made me want to try other Lemme gummies, as well. Next I want to try the Lemme Burn Metabolism gummies and Lemme Purr Vaginal Probiotic!

Knocked me out, kinda waxy consistency tho. Taste fine but it does have wax in the ingredients. I also feel like it put me into a lighter sleep. I fell asleep fast but never got into a deep sleep. My oura ring confirmed that when i checked the next morning and had the lowest deep sleep time ever for an 8hr sleep, only 44mins!

I take two of these every night! They worked better when I first started taking them but I will take them every night along with mag glycynate to help with sleeping through the night. They also taste really good. i did try 3 one night but didn't see a difference. Normally melatonin makes me have wild dreams but these don't do that to me.

I love these, but I just can’t justify the price. They work well to knock me out when I need them to, and I love these taste, but for $1 a dose? 😬 I’ll keep an eye out for the next time they go on sale, but unfortunately won’t be a regular purchase.

These sleep gummies have quickly become a favorite in our home. I love the flavor and texture. They’ve made winding down at night feel much more relaxing, and I’ve been reaching for them consistently. They feel like a little gift at the end of a long day! I’m very happy with them and would definitely purchase them again.

Generally, I like this sleep aid. The taste and texture are good. However, it takes a while for it to take effect (at least in my system). I'd take it an hour before you want to sleep. So far, I've only taken one due to a slightly groggy feeling upon awakening.
