I can attest that Lemme Sleep dramatically improves my sleep (even while on steroids). Generally, I like this sleep aid. The taste and texture are good. However, it takes a while for it to take effect (at least in my system). I'd take it an hour before you want to sleep. So far, I've only taken one due to a slightly groggy feeling upon awakening.

Best stuff out there. I work nights so it’s very hard falling asleep during the daytime. I take the recommended dosage for the Gummies and I love the fact that I’m able to sleep. Even if I have to wake up to go to the bathroom, I’m able to fall back asleep. I love this stuff.
