I can attest that Lemme Sleep dramatically improves my sleep (even while on steroids). Key to note is that too much Melatonin can disrupt sleep, so you need to figure out your sweet spot (dosage is two gummies, but I sleep better with 1.5 gummies). I take it one hour before bed and wake up less often and fall asleep faster. Note that also add 200mg of Now brand L-Theanine for more calming.
