I can attest that Lemme Sleep dramatically improves my sleep (even while on steroids). Key to note is that too much Melatonin can disrupt sleep, so you need to figure out your sweet spot (dosage is two gummies, but I sleep better with 1.5 gummies). Generally, I like this sleep aid. The taste and texture are good. However, it takes a while for it to take effect (at least in my system). I'd take it an hour before you want to sleep. So far, I've only taken one due to a slightly groggy feeling upon awakening.

These gummies are delicious. By far the only thing that helps me sleep without a fog when I wake up. I have replaced my melatonin that made me feel so gross when I woke up. I take these gummies before bed, sleep soundly, and wake up feeling refreshed.

These work much better! I still wake up at 2am or 3am but I find I fall back asleep sooner than I have with NyQuil Zzzz. Will reorder and recommend.

These sleep gummies are freaking awesome. I was taking zzzquil melatonin but have converted to these and they don't make me feel groggy which is HUGE.
