Excellent product!

I knew I was going to love this cup turner from the moment I started unboxing it. It is light weight and has a handle that makes moving or transporting it easy. The turner comes already assembled and has extra parts for "just in case." The motor is silent and each turner has its own power switch. It's durable and affordable and weighs less that the noisy 4 cup turner that I purchased about a year ago, that wasn't so great and required assembly with no instructions. I highly recommend this turner and plan on purchasing again in the near future.

I research the crap out of a product before I decide which one to purchase. This double turner checked all the boxes. Great reviews, great price, nice looking unit. I purchased this double turner a few months ago and have never experienced any issues at all. To spin even more cups, I needed an additional double turner and didn't think twice about ordering this same turner a second time. The craftsmanship is excellent. They are super easy to assemble with the screwdriver furnished in the box, quiet, multi-directional, there are no rough edges to any of the wood components, and the turner arms move very smoothly through their supports. While assembling the second turner I experienced a very minor issue with one of the support arms. I emailed [email protected] on a Sunday afternoon for guidance. First thing Monday morning, I already received a response and a very satisfying resolution to my issue. Fantastic product, fantastic customer service. I'll be a life-long customer for sure!

I actually love this turner so far. I upgraded from a single turner. The problem is there are no instructions. I provided a picture of what I ran into. As I put the pvc arms on it to just make sure every thing lines up I found the holes for the arms longer than the actual connection points. No worries as it's pvc and I have a dremel (don't use a pvc cutter because it reshapes the pipe found that out). So I cut to length. Then I found the arms were not sturdy and thought the motors were going to break. In an attempt to figure out how to make them strmurdy to support the weight I found out how the pipes really go on. You have to "seat them" further into the turner. I just shook my head and thought well I just wasted time cutting these things for no reason. In the end it worked out as the shorter pipes (with new holes I had to drill) work better for my table. It's quiet, they all turn in two directions and work great. I do worry a little about over night running a tad as once my cure time is up I found the pipes to be warm on the motor side. Not sure if they will melt or not. Ill update this if they do. I would definitely order another as it seems pretty sturdy. I also like the "kill" switch for all motors so when i have them covered I can turn them off in case my plastic rises with my cover.

All things considered, for the price, this is a really great purchase, with one caveat. If your machine is like mine, all of the arms tilt inward toward the motor, very unlevel, so all of the resin tends to want to flow in that direction. This is a big problem if you’re trying to create a specific pattern, and also it causes pooling, creating a very thick edge to that side of your cup. Unfortunately, I didn’t discover this until I had 6 cups going, and couldn’t turn back. They’re still OK, just very thick at those edges. But with a little tweak, I now have the PVC pipes leveled. All I had to do, was carefully bend both sides of the panels that support the pipes, outward, until my level showed they were level. The first cups are still pretty, and work just fine, but this little adjustment completely fixed the problem. It’s something there should actually fix with this model, so this doesn’t need to be done after the sale, but it is what it is for the moment . All in all, very happy with my purchase and we will see how the motor lasts, and also with regard to how some reviewers reported that some of the parts that broke. Fingers crossed!

Easy to assemble. Parts go together easily. There are bearings inside the arm supports, so the arms rotate smoothly. I especially love the foam inserts- they are firm, and hold the cup tightly in position- no sagging cups like with the dollar store footballs. I'm back hunting for more inserts actually because they are great. The pvc arms are NOT standard size PVC. They are a bit smaller. The wooden cup stand is pretty awesome too. It it sturdy enough that it can hold one cup without falling over- don't need cups on all 4 arms to stay upright. I did not have a problem removing the screws after they were done spinning to move the cups to finish curing.

I purchased this tumbler tumbler to do epoxy projects and it is perfect it was easy to put together the tumblers fit perfect on them it looks just like the photo it works great and it had no pieces missing that it needed to put together I definitely recommend this project it comes fully equipped with all the pieces and it’s very good to turn tumbler

Photos show that all arms are not mounted level to machine at all posts. The arms point up causing the resin on your cups to wobble and fall to the center of the machine, ruining your project. There is no clear way for you to manually level these arms to the table as they are fixed and built into the machine incorrectly, it's a design defect from the manufacturer. The arms should be installed at a right angle to the machine, then you just level the machine to your table, but they are not. I emailed the company with pictures but they never got back to me. Thankfully Amazon return the item for me.
