Does it stop sliding?

The gel seat cover fits over the bike seat well and does not slip.My grandson has never complained of slipping on the seat cover himself. The seat cover has improved comfort when riding the bike.

Will it fit a seat that is 27cm x 16cm ?

Its size is 27 cm x 18cm x 3cm, so it fits 27 cm x 16cm.If you feel loose, you can tighten the buckle.Hope this will help you.

Will it fit our Peloton bike seat?

I bought it for my peloton bike and it fits so well it should come with the peloton bike.
