What width seat belt fits?

Hi Appropriate 30mm , it is flexible and can be tucked in . Item can be returned if you are not able to fit . Kind regards

Aren't these illegal in the UK?

They aren’t U.K. crash tested and compromise the ability of the car seat harness to deploy effectively. The ONLY crash tested anti escape harness clips in the U.K. are the be safe belt collector and five point plus. Both are available from ‘Incarsafety centre’.

Does this clip over 2 thicknesses of strap

Hi , it should do , as long as they are standard, and not too wide. Look at the photos for width , there is a ruler for size . Kind regards

We have a very ‘smart’ toddler who has figured out how to open the clips on either side of the strap? Are we missing something?

There is a lock button that you slide across to lock the clips. Hope that helps.
