A simple but effective riding aid
I ride a bike with 22mm tapered bars and these fit the grips perfectly. I suffer with painful arthritis in my hand and wrist and this has massively improved my riding experience and reduced pain and strain. A simple idea but makes a big difference and allows me to keep riding.

Superb
I have had one of these on every bike I have owned, cant and wont ride a bike without one fitted. Superb on motorways and short journeys, using the palm of your hand instead of gripping the throttle, your hand is relaxed all the time, they should fit them as standard to all bikes. For all the low star ratings you are not fitting it properly, the wrist rest does NOT fot fully around the handlebar grip, it is not intended to, you need to open it up forcefully but not too much, fit it onto the throttle grip and then turn it around, it will only turn 1 way, then it just a case of finding the most comfortable position for you to use the wrist rest, I use this every day, normal road riding and on long journesy especially motorways its a finger and wrist saver.

Very Useful
I donโt usually write reviews but this product deserves its flowers. I ride an Indian Scout Rogue and I REALLY put in the miles. My bike doesnโt have Cruise Control and I was abit skeptical about a throttle lock. I went on a 3 hour ride and this thing completely stopped my hand from getting cramp, wrist hurting and vibration in my fingers. 10/10. No need to use it for city commuting but as soon as I hit the A road or M way I snap it on and gone.

Amazing for thinner grips!
I ride a Honda NC750x that has the comfort pack with heated grips fitted. The heated grips are very thin and difficult to grasp for long distance riding if you have large hands. I tried Grip Puppies but these made the grips far too fat, so I then tried this and the difference is amazing! Well worth the money.

Bad
Doesn't grip throttle. Poor performance

Cool but doesnโt fit
They look really cool and are nice thick grips the problem is they donโt fit my sportster. I was under the impression they would fit but the throttle cable doesnโt fit and so the only way to get it to fit is to file it down and Iโm not sure that will work! I could have wasted some money here

Essential for travel
I have been using these for many years now on all my bikes. On long travels they have become essential. My wrist can get painful so with this tool I can just rest my hand on it. They seem to last usually although I have lost or broken some on occasion ( riding off road and dropping the bike!). But then my levers are often broken too. Hard to believe something that small, cheap and simple can make such a difference but it does. Worth a try.

Stretch your fingers.
Bought this for my X-ADV 750 as it does not have cruise control as my previous 3 bikes have had. Easy to install (about 3 minutes) . You need to remove the bolt that secures handguard to the bar end as I donโt think there is enough elasticity in the product to simply stretch over the throttle had grip. Works well allowing you to stretch your fingers on longer trips without having to take your hand off the throttle. Easily adjustable once fitted to allow you to attune to suit your best position for comfort & use.

Simple and effective
I suffer from wrist fatigue and this little gadget really helps reduce discomfort and extends my riding distance. It stays put while in use and is easily moved in and out of position.

Simple and works great.
I've used this now for 40,000kms and works great. Never slips down when in use, and does what it's supposed to by allowing you to relax your grip and maintain throttle simply by resting your palm on the throttle aid.

It works!
Takes the pressure off my wrist so I don't get hand numbness anymore. It doesn't slip and is a good size, nice and out of the way. Fits my bars perfect and the installation and removal is easy. I keep it in my tank bag for longer trips or anytime I get on the highway. Wouldn't use it on the racetrack but it serves its purpose well!
