Burgess dog food is excellent, the sensitive dog food has transformed my dog, after changing from eukanuba which was much more expensive her coat is glossier and a repeating ear infection has cleared up resulting in huge saving at the vets, the food is great. My problem is with Amazon’s subscribe and save my first delivery came with the usual next day prime service but the next months was never delivered and a five to seven day refund provided, this has caused me to have to go and get the product elsewhere, how Amazon can deliver in less than 24 hours in most cases for a single purchase of dog food but cannot plan and ensure delivery with a months notice is beyond me. I would rather pay more and get the product when needed. Subscribe and Save not up to usual Amazon standard.

I have an ex racer greyhound, I’ve had her since November 2020. She has a very sensitive tum and poops a lot. Granted some days were better than others. The vets suggested probiotics that didn’t do much for her. I stumbled across this dog food after researching and researching about what’s good for greyhounds. Her poops were always soft and left marks in the grass/pavement. I tried probiotics, lots of different sensitive food, greyhound specific food - nothing worked. Unfortunately she had a few accidents in our house, I’m unsure if it was a bug or what but I followed the vets advice and gave her chicken and rice. It reset her stomach and I bought this, it’s slightly on the expensive side for how much you get however for the first time EVER shes excited for her food AND her poops have firmed right up almost immediately. She’s also no longer pooping as much as she used to or even looking for extra food. Completely over the moon with the results. Apologies on the graphic details but after researching and hearing other greyhound owners worried about their dogs poo and sensitive tum I needed to write this review to help other owners! Even if you don’t have a greyhound and you have a dog that has a super sensitive tum like mine I would 100% recommend this dog food.

For some reason our springer spaniel became rather Ichy and was it becoming rather annoying to us as a family but most of all it must be very uncomfortable for him . We look at all the reasons why he would suddenly become Ichy and all the obvious ones was trackled but still he kept scratching. He has to have Wheat grain free food but I then noticed as I read many articles that even though many food say they are this or that they aren't that they don't put in their foods what's on the label. So after reading different dog food labels and dog owners reviews I found this brand and I must say with in days of us introducing this food to him he stop scratching and licking and he's back to his old self. It was worth reading reviews . Im rather sceptical about reviews because I often wonder if they are real or just generated but this paid off this time and was well worth the time investing in the research done and many thanks to the people who took the time to write the reviews because I may have never bought this food for our dog if I hadn't read your experiences. My female lab (Ava) has a very sensitive stomach when it comes to feed. After trying various sensitive feeds that don’t work, Including Burns sensitive that did but was expensive. I researched and came across Burgess. The spec and reviews sold it to me and i ordered a 2kg to trail. Introducing small amounts, increased over 3 days, it deemed suitable, We then went all in. This feed does what it says, I then ordered the 12.5kg. No problems at all, forms a firm poop, it agrees with her, she loves it and I’m happy too, no more upset tummy. I’ve left this review because, if you’re unsure on what feed to buy for sensitive doggies, I would most definitely recommend this.
