Very easy!! I would recommend using it in an already refilled cartridge (let the refill shop make the mess making a hole in the top of the cartridge to refill through rather than you messing about with drills, I used a refilled cartridge rather than new Canon one!)I brought a syringe and needle home from work and had my cartridge refilled in 20 secs. Small piece of sellotape over the top.The bottle holds 100ml, my cartridge 9ml… I have saved myself £100 with this £2 bottle!!!Brilliant, so so happy! If you can get your hands on a syringe and needle it will save you a lot of mess!! I rinsed the two after use so have clean needle and syringe ready for the next refill in a few months.Haven't tried colour refill but I def will considering how easy and not messy it was.
