I wasn’t sure what to expect since The Ordinary isn’t exactly known for haircare, but I was pleasantly surprised. I have medium, porous, and coarse hair, and this conditioner did a fantastic job detangling and softening it without weighing it down. You only need a small amount — the texture is silky and light. It rinses off easily, leaves no residue, and makes hair feel smoother and more manageable, with a natural healthy shine. The frizz control is noticeable from the very first use, and my hair feels healthier to the touch. No overpowering fragrance, no unnecessary ingredients — just a simple, clean formula that works. Highly recommended for anyone looking for visible results with minimal fuss.

I love this conditioner, it has taken me a longtime to find one that doesn’t have sodium benzoate in it ( I’m intolerant) so it’s lovely to finally have my hair feeling soft and smoother.

I know it's probably not that expensive, but I was a little reluctant to purchase a more "expensive" conditioner, however hardly any is required, smaller than a 50p and I have fine hair to my mid back. It coats the hair beautifully and has lasted for ages, probably longer than supermarket conditioners that you can get through pretty quickly. Was recommended this by ai as I am on a budget but don't like to buy too cheap and want to achieve smooth glossy hair and it doesn't disappoint! It leaves hair smooth and I'm sure it's looking healthier, I often use the squaline by TO in between washes to hydrate the ends or you can add a drop to the conditioner but it's really not needed! My hair has also been bleached and i would often colour with semi permanent colour every 4 weeks or so and it's actually remained very healthy on the ends!

This conditioner is very good for sensitive skin and it leaves my hair soft. The only thing I do not like is the stiff bottle which makes getting the conditioner out a little difficult at times. This would not be ideal for someone who had arthritis or limited mobility in their hands, needs a softer plastic

The conditioner was smooth and thick I used mine cause I am having chemo and before you put your cold cap on you have to cover your hair in vegan conditioner

On my hair, it’s perfect as a regular rinse-out conditioner, but heavier textures could use more moisture. Best For This is ideal for anyone who wants a no-fragrance, everyday conditioner that detangles and softens without heaviness — especially if your scalp is sensitive or you prefer minimalist formulas. Overall: Highly recommend — simple, effective, and gentle enough for frequent use.
