Good resistance quality piece

Good quality tubing with comfortable handles for easy grip. Resistance is light and good for small muscle groups.

This is much higher quality than the house-brand stuff you'll find at your typical sporting goods store. In fact, this is the same brand I used at the orthopedic institute for rehab exercises. We'll worth the extra money

It is made well and works great, the only downside is it did not come with any e book exercise instructions on how to use it. So far I figured out standing on it and doing forward and reverse curls, and clean and jerks pulling it hard up over my head. Also I wrap it around my french curl door handles and pull it towards me facing the door, then I turn around with my back to the door and pull forward with a punching forward motion. To get a pull done motion I found a large bicycle hook, screwed it into a stud in the ceiling and and use that to pull down forward and reverse curls with. The more I use it the more exercises I figure out.

Resistance in this band is less than the blue band. Second one I bought after the first one broke on the first use. This is not a quality-controlled product.

These are the best resistance bands I have ever used and the price is great also, my physical therapist told me about them and I was surprised that Amazon had them, thanks J Gray

This brand is what my physical therapy clinic uses and recommended. Since multiple people use these every day there, they have to hold up well. They are comfortable to hold and work with.

Great for recovery after a broken ankle, light resistance.

Bought it a few years ago and still going strong.

Very pleased with the black Thera Band resistance band. Suffered a painful moderate grade 2 ankle sprain where ligaments were stretched or slightly torn. This injury was slow healing… being a senior doesn’t help. The Thera Band black medium resistance allowed me to gradually rehab the ligaments by slow stretches to the ankle, and to get it used to weight bearing. Handles are padded and sturdy. This device really helped in my rehab. which I can do at home. Quality purchase.

Even though I eventually stopped using it, this had absolutely nothing to do with the product - it is a very good exercise band, from a very good company ! Recommended . . .
