highly recommend this product. i go to the gym 3 times a week as well as doing speed work for athletics and i depend on creatine to help recover, build mass/size, and for a power bust in my speed and this product does not disappoint, the money to grams ratio is amazing with some other brands charging over £10 for 300-400 grams this is very recommended to all beginners or pro athletes a kind

I thought i'd give this a try as I have lose over 6 stone in 3 years but would like to do a bit more on the weight to get shut of the last couple but this wasn't really helping me, if anything it made it harder for me to get into my workout and I was very tired afterwards. hense the low rating

Does exactly what it says on the tin.Cheap and effective. No chemical taste like you get with some. I tend to mix mine with a bit of water and down it, then have a normal drink afterwards so I don't have to put up with drinking a large drink with it in.Highly recommended.

Im really pleased with my purchase. Product arrived very well packed in flat amazon box. I fell that it works even after few days. The packaging got nice design and feels premium. Inside you will find little scoop, taste is awfull but all creatine tastes like that.

It's a very fine white powder, almost like flour and is completely tasteless. It does come with a 3g scoop included but it might be buried a bit.I can't speak for personal results from it as I've only just bought it but creatine has years of studies showing just how effective it is, you don't need me to tell you it works.

100% Creatine. Flavour free and a bit odd when used with just water. I recommend having in a fruit juice (pure orange) or with your protein shake. Some mild stomach cramping when on an empty stomach but difficult to say it is the Creatine or the shake... The resealable packaging seems like a good idea but it is rubbish though, the powder is very fine and goes everywhere and leaks out. I decanted to a tub, much better!
