Excellent product.Oatmeal and honey shampoo recommended by my vet as my dog tends to have skin allergies. It is a Westie. No problems with this product.

Can I use this on my 10 week old puppy?

I think that you could, but I would imagine that a 10 week old puppy would hardly need it. Personally I would wait until it was about 3 months.

Is this safe to be used on my dogs face ?

Well I've used it on my dogs face and been careful around the eye area. Just used a little bit of diluted shampoo on the face area. Hope this helps you.
