Need furry trousers for a satyr costume. Are the trousers furry only up to the knees?

The fur only goes around the bottom of the trousers about 15cm high These trousers were a small fit for my 10 year old more size 8yrs

why does it not have the belt?

The outfit I purchased did have a belt with it (same fabric as top + trousers).
