They appear to be just I wanted as for removing moisture. The shipping was very fast as far as rating a desiccant I will need some time to determine if they perform for my purpose.

Very good product the quality excellent strong secure packets, ideal size for my intended purpose. Then I realise another 20 different ideas where I could use this product. Personally as a collector I do my best to manage the humidity especially when books are involved they work Perfect for me getting the right balance I need. This item seriously you can use for so many different purposes there's not enough room on this page to even list a quarter of uses.

Packs come with no outer bag that protects them from degrading. In other words, they are pretty much dead and would need to be "recharged" before 1st use. As I just want fresh packs that I can use right away, I had to return them. I bought from a local store where they come in a protective zip-lock bag.
